About Manhattan Management

We believe that the key to successful property management is customer service. At Manhattan Management we specialize in the operation and management of self-storage facilities, manufactured home communities, apartment complexes, commercial buildings, U-Haul dealerships and retail complexes.

Manhattan Management was founded by Sid Moss in 1972, and Moss remains as the company’s president and CEO. A graduate of Wayne State University, Moss put himself through school by selling shoes at a popular Detroit retailer. Learning (literally) from the ground up, he found that taking care of his customers resulted in increased sales. That philosophy is the foundation of his business and sets the properties that it manages apart from their competitors.
